What is Oak & Hound?

Oak & Hound is a small Ontario-based pet brand built by a fellow dog owner who wanted to create quality products he’d be proud to use with his own dogs, Harper and Chloe. Our goal is to create dependable, thoughtfully designed pet products for everyday life with dogs.

What product do you currently offer?

Right now, our first product is our lavender scented dog poop bags. We’re starting with one product and plan to grow Oak & Hound over time with more dog-focused essentials.

How many bags come in one box?

Each box includes 540 bags total, with 36 rolls and 15 bags per roll.

What size are the bags?

Our bags are approximately 9” x 13”, giving you a comfortable size for everyday walks and clean-ups.

Are the bags scented?

Yes, our current product is lavender scented.

Are the bags leak-proof?

Our bags are designed to be strong, dependable, and leak-resistant for everyday use.

Where is Oak & Hound based?

Oak & Hound is proudly based in Ontario, Canada.

Do you only sell online?

Right now, we are building the brand through online sales and are also working with retailers who are interested in carrying Oak & Hound products.

Are you looking to work with retailers?

Will you be launching more products?

Yes, that’s the plan. Oak & Hound started with dog poop bags, but the long-term goal is to build a trusted pet brand with more thoughtfully designed products over time.

Who are Harper and Chloe?

Harper and Chloe are my dogs and the inspiration behind Oak & Hound. They’re a huge part of why I decided to start this business and build something of my own.
